As a result of damage during hurricanes Irma and Matthew, the City of St. Marys’ public boat ramp has been deemed unsafe for public use. SJ Hamill was hired to demolish the damaged boat ramp and to install a new ramp for public use. This will include demolition and disposal of approximately 1,000 tons of concrete and installation of 150 tons of rip rap along the existing shoreline. “A large part of our lifestyle in the South involves access to the water, so we’re glad to be able to restore water access for the City of St. Marys,” says SJ Hamill’s Will Spielvogel.
